Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. The service
CardLuna ("we") operates a direct exchange service: we purchase eligible gift cards and prepaid voucher codes from users at the fixed rates published on this site, paying in cryptocurrency, and we sell gift card codes payable in cryptocurrency. We are the sole counterparty to every transaction — this is not a peer-to-peer marketplace.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to hold and dispose of the codes you submit. By selling a code you represent that you are its legitimate owner and that it was not obtained through fraud, theft or abuse of a payment method.
3. Selling to us
- The applicable rate is the one displayed at the moment of submission; it is fixed and not renegotiated afterwards.
- Every code is verified before payout. Verification usually completes within about one hour but may take longer during peak periods.
- Codes with a zero or partial balance, region-locked codes we cannot verify, or codes flagged as fraudulent are rejected. Rejected codes are not used, published or resold.
- Payouts are sent to the wallet address you provide. Transactions on a blockchain are irreversible — we cannot recover funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly, or on a network you selected by mistake.
4. Buying from us
- Prices are the face value of the card; crypto network fees at checkout are paid by the buyer and shown by the payment processor (OxaPay) before payment.
- Codes are delivered to the email provided at checkout after on-chain confirmation of payment, normally within one hour.
- If a delivered code is invalid or already redeemed at delivery, contact support within 48 hours with your order reference for a replacement or refund in the crypto used to pay.
5. Prohibited conduct
Submitting codes obtained by fraud, using the service to launder funds, providing false identity or contact information, or attempting to manipulate rates or verification. We reject such transactions, may block further use of the service, and cooperate with law enforcement where required — see our anti-fraud policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, third-party network failures, or cryptocurrency price movements between quote and payout.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and the published rates at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the moment of your transaction. Questions: [email protected].
