What we collect

• Transaction data — the brand, amount, code you submit, your payout wallet address and the email you provide. Needed to verify, pay and support the transaction.
• Order history in your browser — your purchases and sales are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not in an account on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• Technical logs — standard server logs (IP, timestamps) kept for security and fraud prevention.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, no sale of personal data, no marketing emails without your consent.
• We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys — only a receiving address for payouts.
• Payment processing for purchases is handled by OxaPay; we don't see or store your wallet's private information.

Retention

Transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting, dispute resolution and anti-fraud obligations, then deleted. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention duties) by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
