Anti-Fraud & AML Policy

Gift cards and prepaid vouchers are a known target for scammers. This page explains what we do about it — and what will get a submission rejected.
Every code is verified by a human
Before any payout, our team checks the code's balance and origin signals. Codes that fail verification are rejected and are never used, published or resold. The ~1 hour payout window exists precisely because of this check.
What gets a submission rejected
- Zero or partial balance, or a code already redeemed.
- Codes reported stolen, purchased with stolen payment methods, or obtained through social-engineering scams (e.g. "pay a fee with a gift card" schemes).
- Patterns consistent with money laundering — structured submissions, mismatched contact details, repeated abuse.
Enhanced checks
For unusually large amounts or suspicious patterns we may ask for additional information before paying out (proof of purchase of the voucher, for example). We keep this proportionate — the vast majority of sales require nothing beyond the code, an email and a wallet address.
Cooperation with authorities
We retain transaction records as required by law and respond to lawful requests from law enforcement. Confirmed fraud is reported.
If you were scammed
If someone pressured you into buying a voucher and sending them the code, stop contact and report it to your local police and the voucher issuer immediately. Read our safety page for the common schemes. Questions: [email protected].
