No P2P counterparty risk
You never trade with strangers. CardLuna itself is the buyer of your card and the seller of the cards in the marketplace — one accountable counterparty, every time.
Secure code handling
Submitted codes go straight to our verification team over a private channel. They are never published, listed or resold before verification is complete.
Payments via OxaPay
Crypto checkout is handled by OxaPay, a dedicated payment processor. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys — only a receiving address for payouts.
Email confirmations
Every order and payout is confirmed by email, so you always have a record of your reference, amount and wallet.
Protect yourself too
- • Double-check your wallet address and network before submitting — crypto transfers can’t be reversed.
- • Don’t redeem or share a code after you’ve submitted it for sale — it will fail verification.
- • Only sell cards you own. Cards obtained fraudulently are rejected and reported.
- • We never DM you first. Anyone contacting you claiming to be CardLuna support is a scammer.
